New Appointment and Preparations for Opening the New Office in Atbara
We are pleased to announce the joining of Eng. Amina Radwan to the Tamayoz System team. She will assume the roles of Receptionist and Board Coordinator as part of the ongoing preparations for the opening of our new office in Atbara – Al-Matar neighborhood – Block 3, east of Baraka Station, coming soon, God willing. As part of our administrative and organizational arrangements, we are pleased to announce the Personal Meetings Program for Executive Office Members (Categories A and EC), which will be held at the company headquarters and will include the following key components: 1. Meeting with Senior Management Conducting a personal interview Reviewing the work plan and overall directions 2. Meeting with the Finance Department A detailed presentation on the PPTA+ A system 3. Meeting with the Membership Affairs Office Receiving the job description Signing employment contracts Creating a professional CV Receiving employee ID cards 4. Meeting with the Technical Department Orientation on the use of the company website and employee control system 5. Meeting with the Services Department Preparation for the official employee uniform 6. Introductory Meeting with Management and Team Members Within Each Department A dedicated day will be scheduled for each department to organize tasks and assign responsibilities. We would also like to reassure members of the system in the “Colleagues” and “Friends” categories that a dedicated group meeting program will be organized for them in the next phase, as part of a comprehensive plan to foster harmony and integration within the system.
